The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA), which processes technical request data such as your IP address transiently to deliver the site and keep it secure. Vercel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
The site sets a single functional cookie, and only if you use the theme toggle: it remembers your light or dark choice for a year so the page loads the way you left it. There are no ads, no tracking cookies, and no fingerprinting.
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It is cookie-free and anonymous: no personal data is stored, no profile is built, and nothing follows you across the web.
If you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address is used for one thing: sending you the letter, delivered through Resend, our email provider. Every issue includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes your address.
Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, and take it with you. A message to contact@magentix.studio is enough. You can also complain to a data protection authority.
